How is my price determined?
Your Knucklehead price is primarily determined by three things:
1. the product you select
2. total number of colors or stitch count needed for printing
3. quantity in your order
What kind of Artwork do you accept?
The best art files are those in pdf, jpeg, bmp or psd. If you do not
have your logo in these files – send us what you have and we’ll contact
you. Images from the internet will need to be re-drawn for an additional
fee.
Will I receive an art-work proof prior to
printing?
For all new orders you will receive an art proof to review and approve
or make changes to. We will also provide you with details of costs
associated with re-drawing or enhancing your logo so it will
print/embroider in the best possible quality.
What is the minimum order?
Screen-printing – Minimums are 12 pieces for 1 or 2-color and 36 pieces
for 3-6 colors. We can screen full front, full back, left/right chest or
sleeve – or any combination of these. Screen charges vary and with
quantities over 100 you will be eligible for Free Setup.
Embroidery – minimums are 6 for embroidery which
includes hats. Embroidery is priced out by quantity and stitch count –
the bigger the order – the lower the price per piece. We can also
embroider towels, knit hats, caps, dress shirts and most t’s.
Promotional Products- minimums vary based on the
product, call us for details. Pricing is available in the promotional
products catalog.
Will I receive a discount if I order larger
quantities?
Quantity discounts are available – and we can waive set-up charges on
larger orders – call us!
Can I provide my own garments?
Yes, if they are new and you meet the minimums.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders are completed within 10 business days from artwork approval?
Please contact us for approval of rush orders – an additional 15% will
be charged to your order.
What are my payment options?
Most major credit cards are accepted. Cash, check is also accepted.

What are your fees for customization?

Screen setup charges are: $25.00 per color (one time
charge)

Embroidery setup varies: $50-$150 depending on
complexity of design (one time charge)
